Shipping

All orders must ship to either a home or business address. At this time we do not ship to p.o. boxes. All items ship from Brooklyn NY. Please contact Fiber Notion® at http://www.fibernotion.com if you have special instructions.

We try to ship all orders within 24 hours after your order is received and processed. In the event a problem occurs with your order you will be notified by telephone or email. We use USPS or UPS as our shipping service.

USPS and UPS shipping rates are based on ship to address and level of service you select. PLEASE NOTE for international shipments customs and duty fees may apply. These fees vary from country to country. We reserve the right to use either USPS or UPS for items shipping within the U.S.

Following is information regarding the 6 levels of UPS shipping we offer.

UPS GROUND

UPS Ground is our standard basic service. Within the USA standard shipping will take 5-10 business days depending on destination. In Canada standard shipping is about 10 business days. For international orders standard shipping may take 1 - 3 weeks.

UPS 3 DAY SELECT

UPS 3 Day Select guarantees your order will arrive by 3rd business day after original ship date.

UPS NEXT DAY AIR SAVER

UPS Next Day Air Server guarentees your order will arrive by 3pm after original ship date if ship to address is a business or by end of day if ship to address is a residence.

UPS CANADA STANDARD

UPS Canada Standard service will take between 2-6 business days after original ship date depending on province. This time frame is pending normal customs clearance.

UPS WORLDWIDE EXPRESS

UPS Worldwide Express service for international shipping may take 1-4 business days pending normal customs clearance and destination.

UPS WORLDWIDE EXPEDITED

UPS Worldwide Express service for international shipping may take 2-4 business days pending normal customs clearance and destination.
